At Music Box, learning does not stop inside the lesson room. 6 times per month, our school transforms into something special.
Our 60-minute Performance Workshops in Germantown and Collierville are designed to give students enrolled in piano lessons, guitar lessons, drum lessons, bass lessons, and voice lessons, a meaningful, memorable stage experience that complements their weekly lessons. These are not just mini-recitals. They are thoughtfully produced, high-energy, educational events that bring students, families, and teachers together in one shared musical moment.
These workshops are an exciting extension of our weekly music lessons and are designed to help students grow in confidence, stage presence, mistake recovery, emotional intelligence and musicianship.

More Than a Recital
Our Performance Workshops are intentionally different.
Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully organized and professionally facilitated. Behind the scenes, our team ensures every detail is handled so families and performers can simply enjoy the experience.
Workshops include:

Included in Tuition & Organized by Age Group
Our monthly Performance Workshops are already included in your regular tuition — there is no additional registration fee for enrolled students. We believe stage experience is an essential part of music education, which is why it is built into our programs.
To create the best possible experience for every performer, workshops are organized by age group:
Ages 3–8: 2:00–3:00 PM
Ages 9–12: 3:00–4:00 PM
Ages 13 and up: 4:00 PM
This age-based structure ensures that piano, guitar, drum, bass, and voice students perform alongside a variety of skill levels, but in a similar developmental stage, creating a comfortable, supportive, and inspiring environment.
