Are you looking for fun and educational summer camps located conveniently near you? Look no further! Our Music Box Inc.© award-winning summer camp program is designed to offer all-day and half-day options for elementary, middle and high school kids in greater Memphis area (serving Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Piperton, Fisherville, Bartlett, Cordova, Eads, Mississippi and nearby areas).

Each camp is a week-long and is designed for either elementary (6 to 11 years old), or middle and high school (12 to 18 years old) children. Camp curriculums and daily activities ignite creativity, foster learning, and build community! We provide a safe, creative and inclusive environment for kids to thrive and explore playing various instruments like piano, guitar, ukulele, drums, bass, and singing. Kids also get to experience performing on a real life stage, work and play in a group, all while building essential musical and communication skills and learning from our own vetted, experienced and trained music teachers.

Choose between Band and Music Production camp themes. Explore instruments, try on performing, learn how to digitally make, engineer, compose, record, produce and publish music, while having tons of fun in the process. Enroll into one or several camps this summer - each camp week is unique, exciting, fun and educational.

Elementary school Band Camps are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with a parent showcase on Friday at 2:30 pm (with pickup right after). The price per camp is $374 for the entire week, or over 35 hours of immersive and transformative music experiences. No before-, or aftercare is available.

Music Production Camps for all ages are sponsored by the State of Tennessee technology grant and are again heavily discounted this year. Each half day Camp features over 20 hours of immersive music instruction and is priced at $249 per week. 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, or 12:30 to 5:30 pm camp options are available.

Camps are offered in two locations - Music Box Germantown (7516 Capital Dr, 38138) and Music Box Collierville (1950 W Poplar Ave, 38017).

All Camps are led by our own Music Box educators, who are safe, trained, encouraging, experienced and competent, and by returning Camp Counselors, who are also advanced Student Leaders at Music Box.

Band Camp (6 - 11 year-olds)

Explore various musical instruments in a real-life Band. Develop your Band identity, budget & marketing. Lead & learn within your individual Band role & develop essential social & emotional skills. Play on professional gear, sound & light equipment, perform for your family & friends.

Music Production Camps (Level 2: Recording, Live Sound, Songwriting, DJing, Podcasting)

Kids specialize in one of these concepts and explore deeper concepts and applications of each of these music production areas. Participants have fun, try something new, explore music production as a career, create, socialize and make friends. Participants that go through 2+ Music Production Camps this Summer receive a free professional music production hard drive.

Music Production Camps (Level 1: Basics)

Explore the basics of music production: pre-, pro- and post-production processes, software, hardware, online security & responsibility. Participants have fun, try something new, explore music production as a career, create, socialize and make friends.
