The Rising Artist program is designed for young students (ages 4–8) to joyfully explore the world of music through hands-on, fun and educational learning, with voice and a variety of instruments. Children discover their musical strengths, explore basic concepts of music appreciation and try out different instruments, while building foundational skills and learning music as a language, through individually paced lessons and customized approach (foundational and/focused discovery paths).
This Program is offered at both Germantown and Collierville Music Box locations.
Program Overview
Length: Month of October only: four 45-minute weekly lessons
Structure: Each module will focus on a distinct topic: 1. What to expect. 2. How to choose and rehearse your material. 3. Singing and acting in character. 4. Mock auditions.
Learning Paths: Take Level 1 and Level 2 of each instrument on a Focused Discovery Path 🌱, or a combination of Level 1 courses as part of a Foundational Discovery Path 🎯. Students may choose to explore all Level 1 modules for a broad experience, or follow a single instrument into deeper learning through Level 2.

How To Get Started
Schedule and attend the Rising Artist Trial Lesson (meet the teacher, take a sample lesson, see the space, review sample tools, tech and resources, receive and discuss the teacher’s recommendation for a Learning Path)
Decide on a Learning Path, Class Location, Week Day, Time & Instructor
Enroll into your First Module (online or in-person at our center), aka ongoing lessons (we charge monthly)
Onboard - learn how the scheduling, payment and homework assignment processes work
Stay connected with teachers and admins and keep the feedback loop open & active
